Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Ergonomics and Occupational Psychology or an equivalent qualification
  • You have a proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the human body
  • You know rating tools
  • You have a demonstrated sense of organization, autonomy and interpersonal skills, and are capable of initiatives
  • You have a perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting or advising companies on preventing occupational risks and / or preventing psychosocial risks
  • You are familiar with the Office suite package (Outlook, Word, Excel). Some knowledge of programming and / or simulation language would be a plus
  • You have at least one to two years of previous similar experience.

 

The position

As our new ergonomist, you’ll be responsible for

 

  • Completing the intervention group in occupational health, hygiene, safety and working conditions areas
  • Carrying out interventions in the workplace for prevention matters, to preserve the health and safety of workers
  • Providing diagnostics, advice and support for the company’s stakeholders
  • Carrying out actions in the workplace as part of the multidisciplinary team animated and coordinated by the occupational physician
  • Handling requests, analyzing work situations and operators’ activity, animating working groups in the company, creating and sending a diagnosis to the medical team for validation
  • Testing our hardware and software solutions
  • Developing new activities around our measurement and analysis tools
  • Creating and delivering training modules with our tools
