BAPPU is designed as a compact and easy to handle hardware: all sensors are integrated into a special acrylglass protection so no external sensors or measuring devices have to be connected.

Measurements include:

• Temperature
• Humidity
• noise, (current level or peaks and averages taken over 1 min. of time)
• lighting
• refresh rate on screens (or other light-sources)
• maximum screen-brightness in cd/m²
• luminance-contrast on the screen: black / white
• luminance-contrast: screen / environment
• air velocity (with additional thermo-anemometer-unit)

Measurements are displayed on the device and can also be recorded  into an external memory or sent to a PC via the serial port.
